Pulling Up

We had an eventful weekend with Ryleigh...from crawling to pulling up! She is everywhere and quite mobile now! She will be walking before we know it...what happened to our little baby?! :)

Sick Baby

Well, we have had a sick baby going on two weeks now! She was congested and coughing last week. She got better over the weekend, but relapsed and now has a runny nose and sneezing. We are praying this second go around does not last as long as the first...we don't like to see our baby sick!

Crawling...Officially

Ryleigh has officially started crawling!! This past weekend she went from her army crawl to crawling on her hands and knees. She has caught on very quick and can get to what she wants very fast! She is so interested in the cat, but now that Ryleigh is moving around a lot and can get to her, the cat does not like it too much! ha

Verses of the Day

In light of some of the recent circumstances, here are some words of encouragement to me and others...No matter what, if you have faith and trust in Him, all things are possible.

Happy Easter!!

Happy Easter to everyone and hope everyone enjoyed celebrating that HE is Risen!
We celebrated by going to church this morning and having family over for a late lunch. Due to the nasty rainy weather outside, besides going to church, we stayed in for the day.
Ryleigh is 7 months old today!! It is still hard to believe that she is growing so fast! We are wondering when it's going to slow down!

Hands and Knees

Ryleigh is learning and changing so much. She has quickly caught on how to get on her hands and knees. She rocks back and forth like she's going to take off! She is just trying to figure out how to get somewhere...which won't be long before she figures out!

Army Crawling

This past weekend Ryleigh started army crawling! If something is out of reach, she is heading towards it! Jarred had her doing circles around him! She has been getting up on all fours for about a week now, but she would always slide back down on her tummy. Guess she is getting the hang of it because she can get to where she wants to go!

Ryleigh hanging out around the house playing with her toys. She is sitting up really good now!

Swimsuit Season

Although still a couple of months away, Ryleigh already has her bathing suit and is getting ready for swimming season. Memaw bought Ryleigh this bathing suit and hat...which is just sooo cute on her. I hope it still fits come May and time to swim at Bear & Boo's!

Sitting Up

Ryleigh is getting good at sitting up. She can sit up for long periods at a time and she will catch herself if she gets off balance.

Ryleigh and Her Sleep Habits

Ryleigh loves to sleep with her knees pulled up...don't see how it is very comfortable. She also sucks on the same two fingers, plus she SNORES! She was snoring so loud the other night that her monitor picked it up and it woke me up...she must get that from her daddy! :-)

Many Hats at Bear &...Boo's (?)

Hats, hats and more hats...plus elephant fun at Bear & Boo's...or at least we think that's what her name will be! :)

Mmmm...Green Beans!!

Well, Ryleigh had her first taste of green beans last night. She was more interested in the plastic bib she had on than the green beans! She wasn't so sure as to what the different taste was, but got used to it after a few bites. She ate more than expected, and today ate even more. So she is getting used to the different taste. I'm anxious to try other veggies and then onto the fruits in a few weeks!

Travelin' Ryleigh

Ryleigh is one travelin' soul in her crib especially now that she's moving and scooting around a lot more. She goes from one end to the other, turns around and ends up sideways like we found her the other morning...
